To initiate a return, contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s). Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a strict 20% restocking fee. For exchanges, you'll also be responsible for the cost of shipping for the new item(s). Remember, returns are not accepted for print-to-order items, digital downloads, used gear, novelty items, custom items, and consumables.
