What if my item is damaged or defective?Updated 14 days ago

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and details. You have fourteen (14) days from the date the shipment was marked as delivered by the mail carrier to report such issues. We'll assess the situation and guide you through the return process if applicable.
